The cottage had a homely atmosphere, reminiscent of my parents' house. It was well-equipped, including a lovely fireplace in the living room. the kitchen had all the necessary items, making it convenient for cooking and cleaning. the location was perfect, with a beautiful bay nearby and a nice view from the window and garden. It was a peaceful retreat from the noise and bustle of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterfall Cottage during our short visit to Skye. The old crofters cottage felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we needed. The Little Red Roof cafe along the road was great for a bite to eat.

That the kitchen could have been cleaner, as we found the oven/grill had not been properly cleaned and there were leftover pizza crusts stuck in the oven door. However, this did not hinder our enjoyment of the stay.
